We’ll guide you with natural posing and gentle direction so nothing feels stiff. But we're sort of playful about it. We don't just want to look like you're having fun, we want to actually have fun.
We offer mini, short, and full sessions to fit every season and every budget, making it easy to document your family year after year.

Quick, fun, and budget-friendly. Offered in studio or outdoors with seasonal availability. Includes 4/6/8 digital images. $245/$295/$345

The perfect in-between: more time to warm up and have fun, with a proofing gallery to select your 10 included images. $550
FULL
One full hour for unlimited posed and candid images, delivered via an online gallery for you to choose your favorites. $250+

The Whole Dang Family
Yes! Everyone can come...and they should! Our session fee is $250 for up to 6 people, then $25 per additional person.
During our extended family sessions we take ALLLLL the shots. Grandparents, generations, cousins, siblings, individual families, right down to individual pictures if Uncle Tim is trying to update his Tinder profile ;-)
You can all split the cost of the digital gallery and download them all. Everyone wins!

We take "school pictures". But like school pictures your fridge will thank you for.
Every fall we offer a FREE School Picture Day to capture your kids just as they are. No funky dude combing your child's hair - just us - their favorite photographers, cracking dad-jokes trying to get that smile. ...and you are right there, making sure we get it right.
Prints and digital images are priced like traditional school photos (even though the results are far better).
Sessions are "drop in" and open to anyone from 8 months to 18 years. We announce our dates and locations on social media and via email in Aug/Sep.
FAQ
What should my family wear for photos?
Whatever you love and feel good in. Truly. We have three tips that make a real difference: mom chooses her outfit first and everyone else builds around her. Coordinate, don't match. You are a family, not a sports team. And do not be afraid of color, patterns, and accessories. The "everyone wear solid neutrals" advice is a myth and honestly a little boring. Wear what makes you feel like yourselves on a really good day and we will take care of the rest.
What is the difference between a full session and a family mini-session?
Time, cost, and number of images. A mini-session is 15 minutes and includes 4/6/8 images starting at $245. A full session is an hour and includes a proofing gallery where you'll choose the images you wish to purchase separately. There's more variety in locations, groupings, and looks. Mini-sessions are budget-friendly and perfect for families who want beautiful portraits without a long commitment. Full sessions are ideal for families or anyone who wants a more comprehensive gallery.
What is the best time of day for outdoor family photos?
Golden hour, without question. That is the hour before sunset when the light is warm, soft, and flattering for everyone. For this reason all of our outdoor sessions are scheduled an hour before sunset. We recommend planning naps accordingly on picture day. The golden hour on the ME/NH Seacoast can be late in June, but gets earlier as the summer progresses. In November it's 3 pm! ;-)
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our session?
We reschedule.
This is New England, so we rarely make the call until the day of. If the weather looks questionable we will send an email around noon with an update. We are always willing to reschedule if the weather isn't what you hoped for, but we have have also seen the skies clear up and give the most beautiful light after an afternoon sprinkle.
