FAQ
How far in advance should we book school or sports photography?
As soon as possible. We book school and sports dates as far as one year in advance and our calendar fills up quickly. If you are interested in working with us, reach out now even if your picture day is months away.
How do parents order photos after a school or sports session?
Photos are typically delivered to an online gallery within 3 days of picture day. The gallery link and password are sent to the school/league to forward to parents. Parents have one week to place their orders directly through the gallery. It is simple, fully online, and requires no paper forms or envelopes.
What happens if a student is absent on picture day?
No problem. Absent students are welcome to come to our Eliot, Maine studio for a makeup session. Just have them contact us directly to schedule.
Do you photograph indoor or only outdoor?
Both. Many of our school clients book indoor sessions in the spring and outdoor sessions in the fall. We prefer to capture athletes in their natural settings. We are flexible and will work with your schedule and your space.
