Pandemic Safety Policies

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that all clients carefully review and adhere to the following safety guidelines to ensure the health and well being of your family, ours, and our community.

Masks & Face Coverings

Face coverings are required to enter the studio and must remain on for the duration of your session and may only be removed when you are being photographed. Your photographer will be wearing an N95 mask for the entirety of your session.

Clean Hands

Please wash your hand prior to coming to the studio and sanitize them immediately upon entering the studio. You may wash your hands using soap and water in the bathroom across the hall. You may also use our hand sanitizer. Your photographer will disinfect with hand sanitizer throughout the duration of your session.

Clean Studio & Props

This is already our standard practice, but it's worth mentioning that all fabric backdrops, swaddles, and clothes are laundered after every session. We are also putting extra emphasis on disinfecting and "airing out" the studio between sessions. Disinfectant products including Clorox wipes & Lysol spray will be used to clean hard surfaces including door knobs, stairway railings, and props.

Immediate Family Only

In order to minimize exposure to germs in our studio, only immediate family members will be allowed to attend sessions Anyone who does not currently live in your home with you cannot be present in the studio. Siblings will need to leave the studio as soon as their portion of the session is finished.

Extra Time Between Sessions

All studio sessions will be scheduled at least 24-48 hours apart to allow for thorough disinfecting and "airing out" between clients. You and your family will be the only clients in our studio on the day of your session. Priority will be given to our newborn clients. Whenever possible, all other sessions will take place outside for the time being.

Please Cancel If...

If you or anyone in your household has any symptom of illness or has had recent exposure to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your session. Our photographer will take her temperature on the morning of your session and will cancel the session if she has any symptoms of illness.

Outdoor Sessions

We will be practicing social distancing during our outdoor sessions. We ask that you remain at least 6 feet from the photographer at all times. We will be wearing a cloth mask during your session (we may partially remove our masks once we are 10+ feet away to help you hear us, and to prevent our cameras from foggy up). Please reschedule your session if you or anyone in your household has any symptoms of illness or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
