Studio Germ Safety Policies
We ask that all clients carefully review and adhere to the following safety guidelines to ensure the health and well being of your family, ours, and our community.
Masks & Face Coverings
Face coverings are encouraged in our studio space. Masks may be removed when you are being photographed. Your photographer is fully vaccinated and will wear a mask during your session upon request.
No Shoes
Our floors are our backgrounds, and babies crawl on them (and eat off them), for that reason, we ask that everyone remove their shoes at the door. Shoes track in lots of dirt & germs, and we'd like to keep that stuff out of our studio. If you wish for us to photograph your feet, please bring in a pair of clean, dry, shoes for your photograph.
Clean Hands
Please wash your hands prior to coming to the studio and sanitize them upon entering the studio. Your photographer will disinfect with hand sanitizer throughout the duration of your session.
Clean Studio & Props
Our fabric backdrops, swaddles, and clothes are laundered after every session. We are also putting extra emphasis on disinfecting and "airing out" the studio between sessions. Disinfectant products including Clorox wipes & Lysol spray are used to clean hard surfaces including door knobs and props.
Immediate Family Only
In order to minimize germs in our studio, only immediate family members who are being photographed will be allowed to attend sessions. Anyone who does not currently live in your home with you should not be present in the studio. For newborn sessions, siblings will need to leave the studio as soon as their portion of the session is finished.
Extra Time Between Sessions
Whenever feasible, newborn studio sessions will be scheduled at least 24 hours apart to allow for thorough "airing out" between clients. Studio priority will be given to our tiniest clients.
Please Cancel If...
If you or anyone in your household has any symptom of ANY illness (colds & allergies included) or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 10 days, please reschedule your session. Our photography team is committed to keeping safe for our families, our community, and our clients.
Outdoor Sessions
PLEASE reschedule your session if you or anyone in your household has any symptoms of ANY illness or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 5 days of your session. We truly would rather err on the side of caution.
