We’ve worked with thousands of Seacoast seniors, and no two sessions are the same. Senior pictures should feel personal. You’ll choose a season, a place, and a wardrobe that reflect who you are. If there’s something you love, we’re in. We’ve chased dirt bikes, climbed onto boats and golf carts, wandered through airplane hangars and horse stables, and stood waist-deep in the ocean to get the shot. And if that feels like too much, we keep it simple - the seacoast is bursting with vivid backdrops.
All of that comes together in stunning portraits you’ll treasure long after you toss your graduation cap in the air. It’s our immense honor to capture them.

Get the full experience without committing to an hour session. You get a 30-minute golden-light photoshoot with multiple outfit changes and a proofing gallery to select your 10 images (included). If you already know 10 images is your number, this is the best fit. $550
CLASSIC
A full-length session with multiple outfit changes and location you choose. We make your vision come to life. 1-hour session. Online galleries are delivered within 2 weeks. They're loaded with over 40 edited images. Prints and digital images are sold separately. These sessions provide an experience that is tailored to your senior. $250+
ULTIMATE
The full VIP treatment: a pre-shoot consultation, 2-hours of photography, professional hair and make up, multiple locations, unlimited outfit changes, a proofing gallery with an unlimited number of images to choose from. Prints and digital images are sold separately. $595+

Our Senior Photography Team
We are the award-winning senior photography team at Mercy Street Studio: Cathi, Erin, & Lia. Together we photograph over 100 seniors every year (and we have the most fun doing so). We shoot & edit with the same signature style that drew you to Mercy Street (we double-dog dare you to try to tell who took which pictures on this page).
We love people, we love this once-in-a-lifetime chapter, and we can't wait to capture you exactly as you are!

Pre-Shoot
Plan Your Session
It starts by choosing the perfect date based on your favorite season, type of wardrobe, location, and your availability. It's best to book 2-3 months in advance.
Once you have your date scheduled, we'll reach out several weeks before your session to talk details. We'll send you a comprehensive prep guide that will answers all your questions.

The Big Day
Session Day
The big moment has arrived! Since we schedule sessions during the golden hour, you'll have all day to relax and prepare for your session.
Take your time, be especially kind to yourself today. Enjoy the process of getting ready. We'll meet you at your location at your shoot time.
It's okay to feel a little nervous on session day. Those nerves typically melt away within the first few minutes of our time together. Then it's just fun!
Post-Shoot
Getting Your Pictures
After your session you'll want to see your pictures as soon as possible (we do too!). We'll share a sneak peek from your session on social media within 24 hours. Then we'll get to work culling and editing your pictures for your final gallery. This can take up to two weeks.
You can view your gallery in the privacy of your home. The gallery will remain open for one week so you'll have plenty of time to decide.
Once you purchase your digital images, you'll receive a link to download them within minutes.
Including Your Forever People
There is no additional fee for us to take sibling, family, or bestie shots during your senior session.
How much does a senior portrait session cost?
We have options for every budget. Our senior mini-sessions start at $245, $295, and $345 and include 4, 6, or 8 digital images. Our Select Session is a 30-min session that includes 10 digital images (you choose from an online gallery). Our Classic Session is a one-hour experience with a $250 session fee (digital image packages purchased separately from an online gallery). Our Ultimate Session is $595 - it's 2+ hours with digital packages also purchased separately.
When should I book my senior portrait session?
Now. Seriously. Our best dates fill up fast, especially summer and early fall golden hour spots. Early booking means you get first pick of dates, locations, and photographers. Class of 2027 is booking now.
Where are the best locations for senior portraits on the Seacoast?
The best location is the one that feels like you. Beach lover? We have plenty to choose from along the NH and Maine coast. More of a city person? Portsmouth and Dover are great! Into fields, flowers, rocky coastlines, forts, or forests? We have those too. Tell us your vibe and we will make specific recommendations. We know all the spots.
How long does it take to get my senior portraits back?
All Mercy Street galleries are delivered within two weeks of your session date, always. (We almost always deliver sooner than that.) You will also get a sneak peek on our social media within 24 hours of your session so you do not have to wait long to see your first images.
