Tree Farm Minis

We will be photographing at a small, private tree farm located at 46 Blackberry Hill Rd in Berwick, ME. It's a private residence, but we have exclusive permission to use it. Please park at the Vivian Hussey School, which is next door to the property (the map makes it look further than it is).

 

The tree farm is behind the house (best to walk along the treeline to the back). There is an area of "baby trees" - please do not walk in that area (and do not allow your children in that area). Review the above map to help guide you.

These sessions are up to 15 minutes in duration, try to arrive a few minutes early, as it will take some time to walk from the parking area back to the trees where we're shooting.

The weather will likely be in the 50s, please dress children accordingly. Layers, sweaters, thick leggings under dresses, etc ..even jackets/scarves - cold kids are unhappy kids...and unhappy kids don't make the best pictures. A good rule of thumb is to dress the kids for the temperature it is expected to be at the time of your photoshoot, rather than what you hoped it might be ;-)  

 

Socialized & obedient dogs on leashes are allowed, but they must stay leashed and in your control (also bring poop bags, treats, and a separate person as a handler).

 

Please reschedule if you or anyone in your family has symptoms of any contagious illness.

If the forecast gets weird, please note that we don't reschedule sessions due to weather until the day of the session. We don't trust, nor make decisions on extended weather forecasts. If on the afternoon of your shoot the weather looks like rain at the time of our shoot, we will contact you with reschedule options.
